As many of our products are dispatched directly from our supplier network, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $200 AUD.

To provide the fastest possible delivery, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if products are dispatched from different supplier locations.

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
